Fall Conference Member Registration
This page is strictly for MAEDS members and their invited guests. Exhibitors and vendors are expressly prohibited from registering as members for the MAEDS Fall Conference. Any exhibitor or vendor attempting to register as a member will have their registration canceled, and any refund will be issued minus processing fees. MAEDS members who intend to submit a session for the conference should refrain from registering for the conference until you have received notification that your session has been accepted. Registering prior to this notification may lead to unnecessary expenses for MAEDS, as credit card companies charge fees for refunds.
To reduce confusion and streamline our registration process, the option for Guest/Spouse limited registration is no longer publicly available. Please contact the Conference Member Team to request the information needed to register guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Need Approval to Attend?
Conference sessions and the full agenda are still being finalized, but there's no need to wait to begin the approval process.
