Your conference registration, attendee information, schedules, sessions, exhibitor information, and other event details are all managed through this system.

You can access Eventify through the MAEDS app on your mobile device or through a web browser. The MAEDS app is the MAEDS-branded mobile version of Eventify, and both provide access to the same conference system.

How you use Eventify depends on your role at the conference. Choose the category below that best describes you to find the information you need to get started and make the most of the system.

MAEDS Member Information

Who Has Access to Eventify?
There are two separate parts to conference registration: managing tickets and participating in the conference. These are handled differently.

Registrant: Manage Ticket Assignments
The person who originally registered or purchased the tickets is the registrant. They are responsible for assigning tickets to the people attending the conference.

The registrant does not log in to Eventify. Instead, they use the Manage Order button in their registration confirmation email. This is the only way to access and manage their order, including assigning tickets to attendees.

Need help managing your order?

Lost your confirmation email? Contact MAEDS and we can resend it.

The original registrant is no longer with your organization? Contact MAEDS (CMT@MAEDS.org) and we can change the registrant so someone else can manage the ticket assignments.

Ticket Holder: Access Eventify
Anyone assigned a ticket is a ticket holder. Ticket holders are the people who log in to Eventify and use the MAEDS conference system.

Once your ticket has been assigned, you can log in using the email address associated with your ticket. You do not need a password; Eventify will send you a one-time verification code by email.

Ticket holders can access their personal profiles, update their information, select conference schedules and sessions, and use the other available conference features.

How Do I Access Eventify?
Once the MAEDS conference system is live, ticket holders can access it through the MAEDS app on a mobile device or through a web browser.

Visit https://fall2026.maeds.org or open the MAEDS app.

Enter the email address associated with your assigned ticket.

Enter the one-time verification code sent to your email.

No password is required.

What If Someone Else Registered My Ticket?

You do not need access to their registration or confirmation email. The registrant is responsible for assigning your ticket, but once it has been assigned, you use your own email address to log in to Eventify and manage your personal profile and conference activities.

What If I Registered the Tickets and I’m Also Attending?

If you registered tickets for yourself and others, you will use two separate methods:

To manage ticket assignments: Use the Manage Order link in your registration confirmation email.

To participate in the conference: Once your own ticket has been assigned, log in to Eventify using your email address.

If you registered tickets for others but do not have a ticket assigned to yourself, you can manage the order but will not have a personal attendee profile in Eventify.

MAEDS Exhibitor Information

Eventify and Your Exhibitor Registration
Eventify handles both your organization’s exhibitor registration and the individual profiles used by your team during the conference. Here’s how to manage your tickets, update your exhibitor profile, and access the MAEDS conference system.

Understanding Your Registration and Profiles
There are two separate responsibilities: managing your registration and managing your exhibitor profile.

The Registrant: Manages Tickets
The person who originally registered or purchased tickets for your organization is the registrant. They are responsible for assigning tickets to the people attending the conference.

The registrant does not log in to Eventify to manage the order. Instead, they use the Manage Order link in their Eventify registration confirmation email. This is the only way to access and manage their order, including assigning tickets to attendees.

Ticket Holders: Manage Profiles and Attend the Conference
Anyone assigned a ticket is a ticket holder. Ticket holders can log in to Eventify, update their personal profiles, manage their organization’s exhibitor profile, and access conference features such as schedules and sessions.

The registrant and a ticket holder can be the same person, but they don’t have to be.

Important: Your organization does not have a separate login. Its exhibitor profile is managed by individual ticket holders. If the original registrant needs to update the exhibitor profile, they must first have a ticket assigned to themselves.

Managing Your Exhibitor Tickets
The registrant manages ticket assignments through the Manage Order link in their registration confirmation email. They can use this link to:

Assign tickets to team members attending the conference

Change or reassign tickets if someone’s plans change

Manage ticket holders as your team’s attendance is finalized

You do not need to assign every ticket immediately, but at least one ticket must be assigned to someone who will attend the conference when you complete your registration. Remaining tickets can be assigned later.

Please keep ticket assignments up to date. Ticket assignments determine the names printed on badges and help MAEDS plan for meals and other conference needs.

Need help with your registration?

Lost the confirmation email? Contact the MAEDS conference (CET@MAEDS.org) team, and we can have Eventify resend it.

The original registrant is no longer with your organization or needs to be replaced? Contact the MAEDS conference team. We can update the registrant so the appropriate person receives access to Manage Order.

Changing the registrant does not automatically give that person access to the exhibitor profile. They must also be assigned a ticket to access Eventify as a ticket holder.

Managing Your Organization’s Exhibitor Profile
Your exhibitor profile is what conference attendees see when they browse the exhibitor list. Any assigned ticket holder can access and update your organization’s profile, including its logo and company information.

You are responsible for keeping this information complete, accurate, and up to date. The MAEDS Board will not upload logos or edit profile information on your behalf.

The two most important items to complete are:

Organization logo: Your logo appears alongside your organization in the exhibitor list. Without one, your listing will appear without a logo.

About information: This gives attendees a quick overview of your organization and what you offer.

Please complete these items as soon as possible so your organization is represented properly on the conference website. Other profile fields can be completed as desired. Fields that are locked cannot be changed.

Accessing Eventify
Once your ticket has been assigned, you’ll receive a ticket assignment confirmation email with a Complete Your Profile link. Before October 1, you can use this link to access your personal profile and your organization’s exhibitor profile.

Beginning October 1: The MAEDS conference system goes live. Visit the MAEDS Conference App page for direct access to the current year’s Eventify platform and instructions for downloading the MAEDS app.

To log in, enter the email address associated with your assigned ticket. No password is required. Eventify will send a one-time verification code to that email address. Enter the code to access the system.

Once logged in, you can update your personal information, manage your organization’s exhibitor profile, select schedules and sessions, and access other available conference features.

Remember: If you registered the tickets but have not been assigned one yourself, you can manage the registration through your confirmation email, but you cannot log in to Eventify or update the exhibitor profile until a ticket is assigned to you.

Welcome to Eventify Starting with the 2026 Spring PD, MAEDS is using Eventify as its event management system.
