Any exhibitor or vendor attempting to register as a member will have their registration canceled, and any refund will be issued minus processing fees. For details on becoming an exhibitor at the MAEDS Fall Conference, please click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maeds.org\/index.php\/fall-conference\/exhibitors\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MAEDS members who intend to submit a session for the conference<\/strong> should refrain from registering for the conference until you have received notification that your session has been accepted. Registering prior to this notification may lead to unnecessary expenses for MAEDS, as credit card companies charge fees for refunds.<\/p>\n<p>To reduce confusion and streamline our registration process, the option for <strong>Guest\/Spouse limited registration<\/strong> is no longer publicly available. Please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maeds.org\/index.php\/board-of-directors\/\">contact the Conference Member Team<\/a> to request the information needed to register guests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.<\/p>\n\t<a role=\"heading\" aria-level=\"2\"><button id=\"fl-accordion--button-0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--content-0\" aria-expanded=\"true\" type=\"button\"><i data-label-icon=\"ua-icon ua-icon-chevron-down-circle\" data-active-icon=\"ua-icon ua-icon-chevron-up-circle\">Collapse<\/i>MAEDS Cancellation Policy<\/button><\/a><strong>Full Refund Deadline:<\/strong>\nCancellations submitted at least [30 days] prior to the event are eligible for a full refund, less applicable processing fees.\n<strong>Partial Refund Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>\nCancellations received between [30 days] and [14 days] before the event are eligible for a 50% refund, less applicable processing fees.\n<strong>No Refunds Deadline:<\/strong>\nBeginning 14 days prior to the conference, MAEDS incurs binding financial obligations to our caterers and other partners.
